What to tell us
The three things that speed everything up are what you have noticed, your water source (city supply or private well), and the type of property. If you already have a utility report or a laboratory result for a well, mention it, because reading that is usually more useful than anything we can measure at your sink.
If you already bought a filter and want it fitted, send the model number. We will look up what it is actually certified for and whether it suits your plumbing before we quote, and that check is free.
Privacy requests
To access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, use the same contact route and say that is what you are asking for. Our privacy policy sets out what we collect, who processes it, and how long we keep it.
